We offer a spay/neuter voucher program for lower income (households $40,000 or less) disabled, senior residents in Jackson County AL. The cost is $30 (cat) and $40 (dog). We also offer transports to the low cost spay/neuter clinics in other counties open to everyone. The transport is free, the client pays the discounted clinic prices for the services needed.
