Spay and Neuter and Limited Wellness Services, This group operating since 2010 hosts low cost 3 day long clinics for cats & dogs 3-4 times a year April, August, November & sometimes December at the Have A Heart Humane Society in Yellville, AR. They utilize a mobile veterinary trailer with veterinarian and vet tech along with their own volunteers who receive in and then recover the animals inside the shelter. Cats are $47, dogs are $72-82 and include Rabies vaccinations and spay tattoos. Feral community cats in traps are welcome and ear notched if requested. For caretakers below Federal Poverty level, the group will further subsidize the cost so that it's only $15 per animal limited to 3 per year.
